I just returned from a stay at the Grand Hyatt Doha, and it was a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, and the hotel has great facilities, but I encountered significant service issues that detracted from my stay. While some aspects, like the room and amenities, were impressive, the management seemed to fall short in execution and overall guest experience.

I had a twin room that was spacious and nicely decorated, which lived up to the hotel's 5-star status. The comfortable bed and private balcony were excellent, but I did encounter issues with the temperature control and the pillows, as they were not very comfortable.

The staff were friendly and attentive, but the overall service left much to be desired. I faced challenges during check-in and several housekeeping issues that should have been more efficiently handled. Despite some staff being really good, consistent service was lacking.

My stay at the Grand Hyatt Doha was mostly fantastic. I enjoyed the beautiful location with access to a private beach and multiple pools, which made for a serene escape. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, although I experienced some delays when trying to reach reception.
